Registration Rates: 

• Individual Ticket: $150

• Student Ticket: $100

Cancellation deadline: Registration can be cancelled up until March 25, 2026 by emailing caclark@phmc.org. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from each refund. No registration fee will be refunded after the cancellation deadline.

If you or someone you know is interested in presenting at the 2026 Conference, please click the button below to submit your information. We would love to hear your success stories and challenges in nutrition, SNAP-Ed, and food security work.

PA NEN is waiving the speaker ticket cost for 1 speaker per presentation.

The exhibitor package is $400 (when discount code is applied) and includes two general admission tickets and a table during the exhibitor session from 8:30am-4:30pm on April 23rd. To purchase an exhibitor ticket, please use the code purpose100 to activate the exhibitor ticket price.
