In this webinar, DGA Committee member, Dr. Heather Eicher-Miller, will share insights into the process of developing the guidelines and highlight key takeaways for nutrition educators and staff working with SNAP-Ed eligible audiences. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans provides advice on what to eat and drink to meet nutrient needs, promote health, and prevent disease. As trusted nutrition experts in our communities, it is important that nutrition educators and staff are informed about any updates made to the DGA and are able to ask specific questions related to our work.
