Strategies for Impactful Success Stories: Telling the SNAP-Ed Story
Date & Time: August 27, 2025 at 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
SNAP-Ed empowers communities to eat healthier, move more, stretch limited food dollars, and prevent chronic diseases. While quantitative data is essential, success stories help illustrate how SNAP-Ed delivers meaningful nutrition education and Policy, Systems, and Environmental (PSE) change. These stories highlight the program’s impact in community-based settings like schools, food pantries, public housing, and local organizations across Pennsylvania. This webinar is designed to support SNAP-Ed educators, PSE coordinators, and other SNAP-Ed staff members to write success stories. Topics include asset-based storytelling, examples of success stories in SNAP-Ed, and the potential for advocacy efforts.
