PA NEN is excited to announce our 2025 Annual Conference, Growing Together: Strengthening Partnerships & Advancing Practices in Nutrition and PA SNAP-Ed.
PA NEN’s annual conference brings together nutrition educators, administrators, policy-makers, and food security advocates to share best practices, lessons learned, and emerging interventions in public health and nutrition. Our goal is to enhance nutrition programming and implementation in Pennsylvania through presentations, networking, and collaboration.

Monday, 4/21: Add-On Pre-Conference Workshop (Afternoon Half-Day)
Tuesday, 4/22: Conference Sessions (Full-Day)

We want to hear about the incredible work you do including nutrition education, research and evaluation, PSE (policy, systems and environmental change), community outreach and engagement, cultural humility and equity in nutrition and much more! What are your success stories and challenges in nutrition, SNAP-Ed, and food security work? It is possible to submit a panel discussion and poster presentation in the presentation form!
Please note, there will be a $50 Conference ticket discount for presenters and students. Ticket price and discount information will be available when Conference registration opens this winter.

The learning objectives of the conference are:
Apply best practices for engaging SNAP-Ed eligible and food insecure populations in nutrition programming.
Identify evidence-based approaches to promote healthy food choices and physical activity through direct education and policy, systems, and environmental change interventions.
Explore new and emerging approaches that are culturally relevant and accessible, including in terms of language, literacy, and income, among the SNAP-Ed eligible audience in Pennsylvania.
Network with stakeholders and peers to strengthen partnerships and advance practices in nutrition and PA SNAP-Ed.
